Mr. Ninovo is Yarostan’s nosy neighbor, a flag-waving, law-abiding statist.

Have you ever had a curmudgeonly neighbor that always seemed to be waiting for a reason to call in the authorities?  Apparently these people are everywhere, including Eastern Europe.

Mr. Ninovo works at the local bar. He appears happy to “clean up after drunken bureaucrats,” but is less pleased to be living next door to a family of rabble rousers. Yarostan and family quickly learn to watch their backs around Mr. Ninovo, seen here spying through his blinds.
